All sales made on store.testerelectricalservice.com are final. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product is sold.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Products
Before dispatch, all products are checked for quality. However, in rare cases, if you receive a physically damaged or clearly defective item on delivery, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) with photos/video proof.
We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and assist you accordingly — replacement may be offered at our discretion, but refunds will not be provided.
